1/2  cup Maca herbal tea(1/2 tea bag, 1 g)
1/2 cup Ginkgo biloba herbal tea(1/2 tea bag, 1 g)
1 cup Panax Ginseng herbal tea (1 tea Bag, 2 g)
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
