The world healthiest recipe - Asparagus salad

Prep. 20 minutes
1 pound asparagus, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 parsley. chopped
3 scallions, chopped
Zest of 1 orange
1 orange juiced
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp. cold pressed olive oil
seasalt to taste
Toss all ingredients together and let stand for 1 hour. Last 2- 3 days when refrigerated.
