Berry lemon Crème

Let 1/2 cup frozen berries thaw slightly; coarsely mash berries.
Fold berries into one 6 ounces carton lemon low fat yogurt.
Spoon into a small freezer safe dish. Cover and freeze 4-24 hours.
Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
Per serving; 148 cal., 2g fat(2g sat. fat), 15 mg chol., 128 mg sodium, 21 carb., 12g sugar, 3g fiber, 9g pro.
