Chantilly soup

Serves 4 to 6
D.E.L.I.S.H
4 cups fresh or frozen green peas
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 scallions, chopped
6 cups vegetable broth
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients
and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are quite tender. Remove from the heat and let cool before pureeing in a blender.
