Serves 1
3 tablespoons peach chutney
1 pita
3 slices prosciutto, torn into strips
3 bocconcini, torn into strips
preheat the oven to350 degree F. Spread peach chutney over pita. Top with prosciutto and bocconcini. place on a pizza pan or directly on the oven rack, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
