Satay is an Indonesian and Malaysian dish consisting of small
pieces of meat grilled on a skewer and usually served with spiced sauce.
Chicken meat, lamb, and beef are the three common meats used in this

- White tofu, 600 grams, chops into small boxes about 2x2 cm.
- Water, 100 cc.
- Salt, 1 teaspoon.
- Garlic, 3 slices, pounded.
- Skewer
- Orange leave, 2 leaves, remove the bone, cut into pieces.
- Sugar, 1 teaspoon.
- Frying oil, 4 tablespoons.
- Onion, 4 pieces.
- Garlic, 3 pieces.
- Candle nut, 4 pieces.
- Red chili, 4 pieces.
- Small chili, 2 pieces.
- Pepper, a quarter teaspoon.
- Dissolve the salt and garlic into the water. Immerse tofu boxes in it for 15 minutes.
- Pierce the tofu boxes into skewer. Grill until they are half-cooked.
- Fry the spices and orange leaves with oil. Add salt and sugar. Stir well.
- Pour it into tofu. Grilled until they are cooked. Put them in a dish.
- Add water (50 cc), salt (a quarter teaspoon), and sugar (a quarter teaspoon) into the remainder of the spices. Cook until it is done.
- Pour it into the satay in the dish. It is ready to be served.
