The smoothie for prevention and treatment of  Liver disease
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
1 cup blueberry
1/2 cup grape
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and let cool to room temperature)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed.
3. Serve immediately

The finding of a natural source for treatment of  Liver disease   has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Liver disease or hepatic disease is defined as a condition of damage of liver or inflammatory causes of diseases to the liver.
Recent reports of study back by renowned institutions, conveyed that green tea(1) may be holding a key for extracting natural ingredient for reduced early onset and treatment of liver diseases.

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the Saitama Cancer Center Research Institute,, regular intake of green tea drink is associated to protective effects against liver diseases(1).

In eight-week-old male C57BL/6J mice, fed a normal chow diet or high-fat diet (HFD) for 17 weeks, intake of pu-erh tea extract (PTE) ameliorated hepatic lipid metabolism, inflammation, and insulin resistance functions through by modulating hepatic IL-6/STAT3 signaling, the pro inflammatory pathway(2).
Dr. Yin X and colleagues at joint study lead by the Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University, regardless of the race of the individual concerned where the Asian, American and European, green tea reduced risk of liver diseases, including hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma, liver steatosis, chronic liver disease,....(3).

Resveratrol, found abundantly in grape and blueberry,  is a plant-derived polyphenol with a potential as a food source to extend lifespan and healthspan in model organism. According to the University of Kansas Medical Center, the phytochemical exerted liver protective effects in xenobiotic-induced liver injury and other forms of liver injury(4). Also in acetaminophen hepatotoxicity causes of cause of acute liver injury and liver failure, resveratrol protected against Overdose of acetaminophen (APAP) hepatotoxicity through exhibiting antioxidant effects and preventing mitochondrial release of enzyme endonucleases and nuclear DNA damage(5).
Furthermore, the phytochemical may also be potential in reduced risk and treatment of liver fibrosis via the regulation of pro inflammatory, Akt/NF-κB pathways(6).

Pterostilbene, another antioxidant found in bluebrerry, used conjunction with resveratrol (RESV) expressed genotoxic and/or antigenotoxic effects through pro-apoptotic activity in HepG2 cells lines(7). Furthermore, pterostilbene also is potential against acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity(8), dimethylnitrosamine-induced liver fibrosis(9), plasma lipoproteins and cholesterol in hypercholesterolemic(10).

The finding of the effectiveness of Green Tea, Grape and Blue Berry may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies as well as a potential medication for treatment of  Liver disease.

People who are at increased risk of  Liver disease, due to family history, alcohol drinking,....should drink the juices at least one a day. People with  Liver disease should drink the juice as much as  as they can depending to digestive toleration.
Life style and diet pattern change are recommended.

The finding of a natural source for treatment of  Lichen planus has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Recent studies back by renowned institutions, conveyed that green tea(3) may be holding a key for extracting natural ingredient for reduced early onset and treatment of Mouth (Oral) cancer.

Oral cancer is any malignant cell growth in the tissue located in the oral cavity, including the tissue of the lips or the tongue, cheek lining, floor of the mouth, gums (gingiva) and the roof of the mouth (palate).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the First Hospital of Jilin University, green tea extract (GTE) inhibited three human oral squamous carcinoma
cell lines (CAL-27, SCC-25 and KB), through cell cycle arrest in S and G2/M phases(1).Green tea polyphenol, (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate, another major phytochemical, not only can induce oxidative stress in oral cancer cells but exerts antioxidant effects in normal cells(2).
Furthermore, in 14 articles with 19 studies comprising 4675 oral cancer cases were included in this meta-analysis, expressed the positive effect of tea consumption in reduced risk on oral cancer, especially in green tea(3).

Pterostilbene and Resveratrol are phytochemicals in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in grapes, blueberries, etc.,... According to the joint study lead by the Rani Durgavati University, pterostilbene may be one of potential therapeutic compounds for treatment of oral cancer(4). In the extensive research of herbal medicines or natural foods during cancer therapy, the Chung Shan Medical University joint study confirmed that pterostilbene caused autophagy and apoptosis in human oral cancer cells via activation of JNK1/2, the T cell differentiation and the cellular apoptosis pathway(5)
Furthermore, the phytochemical also is found to suppress oral cancer cell invasion by inhibiting MMP-2 expression of metastasis(6).

Dr. Yu XD and colleagues at the joint study lead by the Shandong University, said, "resveratrol exhibits inhibitory effect on the proliferation of OSCC oral cancer cells through the induction of apoptosis and G2/M phase cell cycle arrest"(7).
Similarly to Pterostilbene, resveratrol also inhibited MMP-9 expression and oral cancer cell metastasis via down regulated JNK1/2 and ERK1/2(survival and apopotic) signals pathways(8).

Some articles have been used as references in medical research, such as international journal Pharma and Bio science, ISSN 0975-6299.

Testosterone is a steroid hormone found abundantly in the male with characteristics of muscles, hair, strength, bone mass, etc.. In women, testosterone produced by by the ovaries and adrenal glands with only 10% that the male counterpart but females are more sensitive to the hormone.

1. Promote sexual desire
Testosterone has gone through a hidtory of evolution to enhance the sexual desire for the survivals all species, including human being, according to the study of"Estrogens in insects" by R. Mechoulam, R. W. Brueggemeier and D. L. Denlinger, posted in Springer.com, researchers indicated in abstract that Insects representing 5 different orders contain androgen and estrogen-like substances as determined by radioimmunoassay. Estradiol and estriol have been identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The presence of these steroids in insects suggests that the vertebrate sex hormones have an ancient evolutionary history. Does testerone promotes sexual desire in women?, according to the study of "Androgenic hormones and aging--the link with female sexual function" by Davison SL, Davis SR., posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that Sexual activity in women involves interest and motivation, the ability to become aroused and achieve orgasm, the pleasure of the experience and subsequent personal satisfaction. Androgens, as endogenous hormones or given as a therapy, potentially influence female sexual function, with research into the effects of exogenous androgens in women mostly devoted to effects on sexual desire.

2. Testosterone and aging
As the levels of testosterone dropped in women due to aging, it can cause low libido or desire and orgasm domains. In a study of a cross-sectional analysis of 231 Colombian-born women, aged 40-62 years. The sexual function was measured by self-questionnaire, conducted by Center for Women's health, PROFAMILIA, Menopause Service, posted in PubMed, researchers filed the result that womenwith a higher level of education and with a good perception of their satisfaction with their partners, reported better performance in the desire. Age and the non existence of sexual partner influenced in a negative way on the desire. In sexual active women the orgasm was negatively influenced by low satisfaction scores, lack of emotional closeness with their partners and low educational level. High scores in lubrication and desire were associated with a good performance in the orgasm. The hormone therapy (HT) was associated with better scores in orgasm.

3. Testosterone and ovaries
There are some reports indicated there are influences of testosterone in follicle maturation, but the subject have been controversial. In a study of "The role of androgens in follicle maturation and ovulation induction: friend or foe of infertility treatment?" by Gleicher N, Weghofer A, Barad DH., posted in PubMed, researchers found that selective androgens appear capable of improving early stages of folliculogenesis. They, therefore, may represent forerunners of a completely new class of ovulation-inducing medications, which, in contrast to gonadotropins, affect follicle maturation at much earlier stages. Selective androgens appear capable of improving early stages of folliculogenesis. They, therefore, may represent forerunners of a completely new class of ovulation-inducing medications, which, in contrast to gonadotropins, affect follicle maturation at much earlier stages.

4. Testosterone and bone formation
In women, testosterone also plays an essential role in the forming of bone strength. According to the abstract of study of "Androgen effects on bone and muscle" by Notelovitz M., posted in PubMed, researchers found that androgenic progestins have an additive effect on BMD when combined with E therapy and have the further advantage of being protective to the endometrium in E-treatedwomen. Androgens increase muscle mass and strength. The resulting improvement in physical activity leads to the activation of bone-forming sites and the stimulation of the bone formation-modulating cells, the osteocytes. Mechanical loading, when combined with hormone therapy, results in greater osteogenic response than does either alone.

5. Testosterone and Endometrium
Hormone estrogen is best known for its function in stimulating the thickening of the endometriun to provide a suitable environment for implanation of fertilized egg if conceived with assisting of progesterone. Less known testosterone also have certain influences in that process, according to the study of an open, randomized clinical study with parallel group comparison was performed in the Women's Health Research Unit at a university hospital, posted in PubMed. Thirty-one postmenopausal women were given oral estradiol valerate (2 mg daily) or estradiol valerate in combination with testosterone undecanoate (40 mg every 2 days) for 3 months, researchers found that Expressions of AR and ER-beta were stronger in glands of the endometrium of postmenopausal women after treatment withtestosterone added to estrogen than after estrogen alone. In contrast, expressions of ER-alpha and progesterone receptors were up-regulated in the endometrium with estrogen-alone treatment, whereas these expressions were less increased in glands after combined treatment. These data indicate that testosterone is involved in the regulation of sex hormone receptor expression in the postmenopausalendometrium and may therefore influence endometrial proliferation and differentiation.

6. Testosterone influences social behavior
Testosterone in women also pace an important role in reaction of social behavior such as punishment sensitivity and enhanced reward dependency. In a study of in a double-blind placebo-controlled crossover design (n = 12)of healthy young women, whether a single administration of testosterone would shift the motivational balance between the sensitivity for punishment and reward towards this tendency to choose disadvantageously was investigated, conducted by Helmholtz Research Institute, Utrecht University, Heidelberglaan, posted inPubMed, researchers found that As hypothesized, subjects showed a more disadvantageous pattern of decision-making after testosterone compared to placebo administration. These findings not only provide the first direct evidence for the effects of testosterone on punishment-reward contingencies in humans, but they also give further insights into the hypothetical link between testosterone and psychopathy.

7. Testosterone and menstrual irregularities
Do you believe that testosterone also have some influences in regulating women's menstrual cycle?. In a study of "Menstrual cycle irregularities are associated withtestosterone levels in healthy premenopausal women" by Van Anders SM, Watson NV., posted in PubMed, researchers found that based on our findings, it appears that even in healthy women reporting no health concerns, menstrual irregularitiesare associated with higher levels of circulating androgens.

Some articles have been used as references in medical research, such as international journal Pharma and Bio science, ISSN 0975-6299.

Progesterone is a steroid hormone, produced by the women body to regulate part of the menstrual cycle and supporting the gestation and the process of sperm in egg fertilization.

1. Progesterone and endometrium
Progesterone enhance the production of certain proteins during the second half of the menstrual cycle for its receptivity and successful establishment of pregnancy. Insufficient progesterone concentration may result in infertility and pregnancy loss, such as miscarriage and stillbirth. According to the study of "Progesteronefunction in human endometrium: clinical perspectives" byYoung SL, Lessey BA., posted in PubMed, researchers found that recent evidence demonstrates exquisite sensitivity of normal endometrium to very low levels of progesterone stimulation, suggesting that progesterone insufficiency should not be a common cause of reproductive failure.

2. Progesterone and placenta
In pregnancy, progesterone is produced by the placenta, and levels remain elevated throughout the pregnancy for the protection of the fetus. In a study of "Progesterone synthesis by the human placenta" by Tuckey RC, posted inPubMed, researchers wrote that Evidence suggests that placental mitochondria have a near-saturating cholesterol concentration for P450scc, likely provided by the StAR-like protein MLN64, and cholesterol translocation to the P450scc is not a major site of regulation of progesterone synthesis. Cyclic AMP stimulatesprogesterone synthesis by the human placenta but uncertainty remains regarding the key hormones that control cyclic AMP levels. The mechanism of regulation of adrenodoxin reductase levels in the human placenta remains to be studied.

3. Progesterone and Milk Producing Glands
Progesterone also signals the growth of milk-producing glands of the women breasts as natural reaction of readiness for feeding the newborn. According to the study of "Progesterone signaling in mammary gland development" by Conneely OM, Mulac-Jericevic B, Arnett-Mansfield R., posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that two distinct isoforms of PRs (PR-A and PR-B) are coexpressed in the mammary gland and display extensively overlapping but partially distinct gene regulatory properties in relaying the progesterone signal.

4. Progesterone and ovulation
Progesterone also plays an important role in regulation of women menstrual cycle ovulation. According to the study of "Progesterone receptors and ovulation" by Conneely OM., posted in PubMed, researcher indicated that Recent studies have revealed that the LH stimulus that triggers ovulation is transduced by PRs residing in mural granulosa cells that induce expression of paracrine signals that interact with cumulus cells to control cumulus matrix function and expansion to facilitate follicular rupture.

5. Progesterone and breast cyst
Progesterone helps to balance the levels of estrogen to prevent the occurring of breast cysts. women with low levels of progesterone are susceptible to the growth of breast cysts, according to the study of [Hormonal abnormalities in women withbreast cysts].[Article in Polish]" by Wypych K, Kuźlik R, Wypych P., posted inPubMed, researchers filed the result that Low progesterone activity in all women and low estrogen activity in 65.3% were shown. Absolute high estrogen activity was diagnosed only in 8.7% women with gross breast cysts.

6. Progesterone as an diuretic
It is essential role for progesterone in regulating salt and water absorption, according to the study of "Progesterone down-regulates the open probability of the amiloride-sensitive epithelial sodium channel via a Nedd4-2-dependent mechanism" by Michlig S, Harris M, Loffing J, Rossier BC, Firsov D., posted inPubMed, researchers concluded that Collectively, these results demonstrate that the binding of active Nedd4-2 to ENaC is a crucial step in the mechanism of ENaC inhibition by progesterone. Upon activation of ERK, the effect of Nedd4-2 on ENaC open probability can become more important than its effect on ENaC cell-surface expression.

6. Progesterone and thyroid hormone
In a study of Thirty-six women aged 23.5+/-0.6 years were investigated. The parameters of interest were: plasma selenium concentration (Se) and plasma glutathione peroxidase activity (GPX3) (indicators of selenium status); serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteotropichormone (LH), and age of menarche (indicators of sex hormones secretion);thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), free thyroxine (fT4), free triiodothyronine (fT3), anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies in serum (anti-TPO), and thyroid volume (indicators of thyroid function), conducted by Collegium Medicum Jagiellonian University, posted in PubMed, researchers found that The pairs of parameters: GPX3 and P4; LH and FSH exhibited the strongest associations. The thyroidfunction parameters were mainly influenced by GPX3 and P4.

7. Progesterone and sleep disturbance
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study. For 3 wk, subjects took daily at 2300 h a capsule of either 300 mg of progesterone or placebo. Sleep was polygraphically recorded during the last two nights, and blood samples were obtained at 15-min intervals for 24 h., conducted by Section of Endocrinology of the Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire Saint-Pierre, and Sleep Laboratory, Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire de Charleroi, posted in PubMed, researchers found thatProgesterone had no effect on undisturbed sleep but restored normal sleep when sleep was disturbed (while currently available hypnotics tend to inhibit deep sleep), acting as a "physiologic" regulator rather than as a hypnotic drug. Use ofprogesterone might provide novel therapeutic strategies for the treatment of sleep disturbances, in particular in aging where sleep is fragmented and of lower quality.

8. Progesterone and coagulation
Progesterone can reduce the risk of blood loss by narrowing of the blood vessels to prevent blood loss, according to the study of "Effects of progestogens on haemostasis" by Kuhl H., posted in PubMed, researchers found that . In veins, progestogens may increase distensibility and capacitance resulting in a decreased blood flow. In predisposed women, this may lead to venous stasis and thrombosis. In arteries, progestogens may act as vasoconstrictors, and may enhance vasospasms at sites of injured endothelium which finally may lead to ischemic diseases.

9. Progesterone and osteoporosis
According to the study of "Progesterone and bone: actions promoting bone health in women" by
Seifert-Klauss V, Prior JC., posted in PubMed, researchers found that In 4 placebo-controlled RCTs, BMD loss is not prevented by P(4) in postmenopausalwomen with increased bone turnover. However, 5 studies of E(2)-MPA co-therapy show greater BMD increases versus E(2) alone. P(4) fracture data are lacking. P(4) prevents bone loss in pre- and possibly perimenopausal women; progesteroneco-therapy with antiresorptives may increase bone formation and BMD.

Some articles have been used as references in medical research, such as international journal Pharma and Bio science, ISSN 0975-6299.

Proclactin also known as luteotropic hormone released by the anterior pituitary gland with the function of stimulating the development of the ducts in the mammary glands and production of milk after childbirth.

1. Proclactin and immune system
Proclactin is closely associated with immune system by enhancing its function in fighting against diseases, according to the study of 'Imipramine induced elevation of prolactin levels in patients with HIV/AIDS improved their immune status" by Orlander H, Peter S, Jarvis M, Ricketts-Hall L., posted in PubMed, researchers found that the result showed a trend of prolactin levels decreasing after washout (p = 0.015) and increasing by the end of the trial period once imipramine dispensation had recommenced (p = 0.006). With respect to the CD4 cell count, there was a significant increase after wash-out (p = 0.022). These results indicate a trend to immune boosting in HIV-positive patients who had obtained the maximum response from HAART.

2. Proclactin and healthy infant and suppression of ovulation
Proclatin not only associated in the production of breast milk after children but also reduce the chance of pregnancy for a healthy infant during the first 6 months of breast feeding, according to the study of "Breast is best" by Philippine Legislators' Committee on Population and Development Foundation, posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that full breast feeding means no supplemental food or liquid during the first 6 months after giving birth; the infant is fed solely on breast milk.Prolactin levels, luteinizing hormone, and the altered gonadotrophin-releasing hormone are currently considered responsible for suppression of ovulation. Even after return of menses breast feeding women have a reduced chance of pregnancy. Frequency of suckling is associated with gonadotrophin secretion and reduced fertility. Night time breast feeding is considered particularly important in delaying the return of fertility. Longer child spacing, as assisted by prolonged and full breast feeding, contributes to healthier infants. Breast feeding also contributes to improved maternal health and psychosocial benefits.

3. Proclactin and lactation
Proclactin stimulates the mammal gland in secretion of milk after childbirth for child feeding. It is known that the concentration of prolactin increases in response to nipple stimulation by baby feeding, according to the study of "Blood and milkprolactin and the rate of milk synthesis in women" by Cox DB, Owens RA, Hartmann PE.,posted in PubMed, researchers found that The concentration ofprolactin in the milk was related to the degree of fullness of the breast, such that the concentration was highest when the breast was full. We found no relationship between the concentration of prolactin in the plasma and the rate of milk synthesis in either the short or long term. However, the relationship between the concentration of prolactin in milk and the degree of fullness of the breast suggests that the internalization of prolactin, after binding to its receptor, may be restricted when the alveolus is distended with milk.

4. Proclactin and Breast cancer
Breast feeding and childbirth reduce the risk of breast cancer, according to the study of "Prolactin levels, breast-feeding and milk production in a cohort of young healthy women from high-risk breast cancer families: implications for breast cancer risk" by Hietala M, Olsson H, Jernström H., posted in PubMed, researchers found that Prolactin was higher in women who reported insufficient versus sufficient milk production (P < or = 0.01). Neither BRCA1/2 carrier status nor increasing parity was significantly associated with prolactin, breast-feeding duration of the first child or milk production and concluded that post-lactationalprolactin levels were determined by breast-feeding duration of the first child and not simply by the first full-term pregnancy. Since prolactin modifies the risk for breast cancer, adequate counseling in favor of breast-feeding is essential.

5. Proclactin and autoimmune diseases
proclactin is found to be associated in production of autoantibody to protect our body against autoimmune diseases, according to the study of "Prolactin and autoimmunity" by Vera-Lastra O, Jara LJ, Espinoza LR., posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that Polymorphisms of the human PRL gene have implications for production of lymphocyte PRL in SLE. Mild and moderate hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) has been demonstrated in 20-30% of SLE patients and is associated with active disease. HPRL may have a role in lupus nephritis and central nervous system involvement of SLE patients. HPRL stimulated the production of autoantibodies. These evidences support the important role of PRL in autoimmunity and autoimmune diseases, mainly SLE.

6. Proclactin and Dopamine
Dopamine is known as a neurotransmitter in controlling the brain's reward and pleasure centers, but as a hormone it has a function of inhibiting the release of prolactin from the anterior of the pituitary by enhancing sexual desire, according to the study of "Dopamine as a prolactin (PRL) inhibitor." by Ben-Jonathan N, Hnasko R., posted in PubMed, researchers found that The generation of transgenic animals with overexpressed or mutated genes expanded our understanding of dopamine-PRL interactions and the physiological consequences of their perturbations. PRL release in humans, which differs in many respects from that in laboratory animals, is affected by several drugs used in clinical practice. Hyperprolactinemia is a major neuroendocrine-related cause of reproductive disturbances in both men and women. The treatment of hyperprolactinemia has greatly benefited from the generation of progressively more effective and selective dopaminergic drugs.

Estrogen is a female sex hormone defined as a group of compounds for its function in regulating in the estrous cycle of women after puberty.

A. Maintenance of vessels and skin
It is easy to understand that estrogen maintain the healthy and vessels and skin for pre-menopause women, as ageing is considered as a progressive reduction in function and reserve capacity of skin and vessel tissue. According to the study of "The effect of menopause on the skin and other connective tissues", by Calleja-Agius J, Brincat M., posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that oestrogen has profound effects on connective tissue turnover, no matter the site. It has been shown that menopause has similar effects on the connective tissue of the carotid artery media, intervertebral discs and bones.

B. Protein synthesis
Protein is also known as polypeptides, they are are organic compounds made of amino acids and can be found in meat, beans, milk, eggs or any source of food which provides our body the raw materials to build its own protein. Since our body can not store protein, we require to take them regularly. Researchers found that intake of plant base protein is more healthy than animal base protein, because it helps to prevent high blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, heart diseases and strokes, if taking together with complex carbohydrate.

Protein synthesis is defined as a complicate process of cells building or manufacturing proteins. You can view the step of protein synthesis from this link. According to the study of "Estrogen stimulates postsynaptic density-95 rapid protein synthesis via the Akt/protein kinase B pathway" by Akama KT, McEwen BS., posted in PubMed, researchers found that These results demonstrate an essential role for Akt in estrogen-stimulated dendritic spine protein expression, describe for the first time a signal transduction pathway in PSD-95 expression, and delineate a novel, molecular mechanism by which ovarian hormones might translationally regulate synaptogenesis via activating protein synthesis for dendritic function.

C. Coagulation
Coagulation is defined as a complicate process of forming blood clots to reduce the risk of bleeding that can cause blood vessels damage and health of the patient. In a study of in 27 postmenopausal women at baseline and after 2 and 12 weeks of treatment. Oral and transdermal estradiol induced similar increases in serum free estradiol concentrations in measuring the measures of coagulation, fibrinolysis, inflammation and serum lipids and lipoproteins, conducted by University of Helsinki, Finland, posted in PubMed, researchers found that oral estradiol increased markers of fibrinolytic activity, decreased serum soluble E-selectin levels and induced potentially antiatherogenic changes in lipids and lipoproteins. In contrast to these beneficial effects, oral estradiol changed markers of coagulation towards hypercoagulability, and increased serum CRP concentrations.

D. Lipid
Lipid is defined as fat in the blood, including HDL(high density lipoproteins), triglyceride, LDL(low density lipoproteins), etc. levels of estrogen really affect the levels of fat in the blood as one can easily see through the levels of estrogen and lipid in a woman menstrual cycle. According to the study of "Variations in lipid levels according to menstrual cycle phase: clinical implications. Mumford SL, Dasharathy S, Pollack AZ, Schisterman EF., posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that Overall, lipoprotein cholesterol levels were observed to vary in response to changing estrogen levels. Taken together, the evidence suggests that total cholesterol and LDL-C tend to be highest during the follicular phase and to decline during the luteal phase, with HDL C highest around ovulation. Based on these findings, the menstrual cycle phase should be taken into account when evaluating lipoprotein cholesterol levels among reproductive-aged women. Measuring cholesterol levels during menses is recommended for consistent comparisons as this phase can be more reliably identified than other phases, although women within National Cholesterol Education Program acceptable ranges, but near the boundaries when tested during menses, should undergo additional tests.

E. Fluid balancing
Estrogen plays an important role in balancing the fluid in the body. According to the study of "Estrogen and the central control of body fluid balance" by Curtis KS., posted in PubMed, researchers indicated that Taken together, the body of evidence amassed from more than 40 years of investigations suggests that the central actions of estrogen influence body fluid regulation and, more specifically, compensatory responses to perturbations of osmotic or volume balance in two interrelated ways.

F. Estrogen and Cortisol
Cortisol is a glucocorticoid produced by the adrenal gland. It is one the hormone that work together with melatonin to regulate the pattern of sleep and awake. Estrogenhas a very close relationshion ship with the increase of levels of cortisol in the reproductive years. According to the stdy of "Cortisol, Estradiol-17{beta} and Progesterone Secretion within the First Hour after Awakening in Women with Regular Menstrual Cycles" by Ahn RS, Choi JH, Choi BC, Kim JH, Lee SH, Sung SS., posted in PubMed, researchers found that The areas under curves showing the E2 and P4 levels from the time immediately after awakening to 60 min after awakening (i.e., E2auc and P4auc) in women with regular menstrual cycles were greater than those in postmenopausal women.

G. Estrogen and Sex Hormone Binding Globulin
SHBG is a glycoprotein, produced by the liver to bind to sex hormones testosterone and estradiol. In an abstract of the study of "The ability of hydroxylated estrogens (2-OH-E2 and 4-OH-E2) to increase of SHBG gene, protein expression and intracellular levels in MCF-7 cells line" by Gregoraszczuk EL, Ptak A, Wrobel A., posted in PubMed, researchers filed the result that 4-OH-E2 in high doses and 2-OH-E2 in the highest dose, while 17β-estradiol in all doses used increased intracellular but not extracellular SHBG levels. Both metabolites increased SHBG mRNA expression, the rank order of potency being E2 > 4-OH-E2 > 2-OH-E2. Both E2 and its metabolites increased SHBG protein expression.

H. Gastrointestinal tract
Gastrointestinal tract forms a part of digestive system and refers to the stomach and intestine or digestive system of all the structures from the mouth to the anus. According to the researcher of the study of "Estrogen, progesterone and the gastrointestinal tract" by Eliakim R, Abulafia O, Sherer DM., posted in PubMed, researchers indicated that This review provides an abundance of data supporting that estrogen and progesterone have both beneficial and detrimental effects on the esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, and small and large intestine.

I. Melanin
Melanin is a is a pigment that gives the human skin and hair color. It is easlily to understand the relattionship of estrogen and melanin, as thw women age, the reduction of levels of estrogen cause the hair color to turn gray. According to the study of Estrogen increases hair pigmentation in female recessive yellow mice" by Hirobe T, Kiuchi M, Wakamatsu K, Ito S., posted in PubMed, researchers concluded that suggest that estrogen is the main factor in determining the higher content of eumelanin and pheomelanin in female hair of Mc1r(e)/Mc1r(e) mice.

J. Estrogen and the Lung
Believe it or not, estrogen plays an important role in protect the women lung against diseases. According to the study of Estrogen Rescues Pre-existing Severe Pulmonary Hypertension in Rats" by Umar S, Iorga A, Matori H, Nadadur RD, Li J, Maltese F, van der Laarse A, Eghbali M., posted in PubMed, researchers concluded that estrogen rescues pre-existing severe PH in rats by restoring lungand RV structure and function that is maintained even after removal of estrogen.Estrogen-induced rescue of PH is associated with stimulation of cardiopulmonary neoangiogenesis, suppression of inflammation, fibrosis and RV-hypertrophy. Furthermore, estrogen-rescue is likely mediated through estrogen receptor-b.

K. Estrogen and Fetal development
Believe or not, estrogen Estrogen turns play a central role in maintaining pregnancy and fetal development In the abstract of the study of "Estrogenregulation of placental angiogenesis and fetal ovarian development during primate pregnancy" by Albrecht ED, Pepe GJ., posted in PubMed, researchers wrote that this review will describe the developmental processes required for placental vascularization and fetal follicular maturation and recent studies which show thatestrogen has an important role in regulating these events.

Estrogen is a female sex hormone defined as a group of compounds for its function in regulating in the estrous cycle of women after puberty.

1. Promote female reproductive system
Estrogen promotes female reproductive system beginning in the puberty by increasing pulsatile secretion of the hypothalamic gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), which stimulates the release of gonadotropins and in turn gonadal activity, leading to the growth of breasts and other female characteristics. In a study of "Inducing puberty" by Delemarre EM, Felius B, Delemarre-van de Waal HA., posted in PubMed, researchers indicated that sex steroids will induce development of the secondary sex characteristics alone, while combined administration of gonadotropins and GnRH may induce gonadal development including fertility.

2. Accelerate metabolism
Estrogen enhances metabolism to allow the body of the women to grow, reproduce, maintain the structures and survival of the human species, adapt to the change of environments to sustain living, etc.. According to the study of "Differential roles of estrogen receptors α and β in control of B-cell maturation and selection" by Hill L, Jeganathan V, Chinnasamy P, Grimaldi C, Diamond B., posted in PubMed, researchers found that engagement of either estrogen receptor α or β can alter B-cell maturation, but only engagement of estrogen receptor α is a trigger for autoimmunity. Thus, maturation and selection are regulated differentially byestrogen. These observations have therapeutic implications.

3. Muscle mass, Abnormal fat distribution
According to the study of 64-week prospective cohort trial evaluated the effects of 20-mg oestradiol implants, replaced every 4 months, in healthy postmenopausal women aged 45-65 years. Of 20 implant and 14 control subjects who remained in the trial at 32 weeks, 13 implant and seven controls continued to 64 weeks, conducted by University of Sydney Royal North Shore Hospital, posted inPubMed, researchers concluded that The abdominal fat-to-lean soft tissue ratio decreased by 18% in implant subjects ( p<0.001), but did not change in controls ( p<0.05 implants versus controls). Neither group displayed significant changes inweight, fat or appendicular skeletal muscle mass. The 32-week data were consistent with these results. Hence, oestradiol implant therapy can reduceabdominal adiposity and could lower the risk of obesity-related metabolic disorders.

4. Increase bone density
Deficiency or reduced estrogen levels in post menopause women can lead to bone density loss.
According to the study of "A protective effect of Curcuma comosa Roxb. on boneloss in estrogen deficient mice" by Weerachayaphorn J, Chuncharunee A, Mahagita C, Lewchalermwongse B, Suksamrarn A, Piyachaturawat P., posted inPubMed, researchers suugested that suggest that C. comosa prevents bone loss induced by estrogen deficiency. Therefore, C. comosa would be a potential alternative treatment for prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

5. Endometrial growthWomen's endomyrium undergoes certain change after puberty to adapt to the estrous cycle and pregnancy. According to the study conducted by Research laboratory at Kansai Medical University of 16 patients undergoing hysterectomy for benign reasons, in vitro, posted in PubMed, researchers found that the E(2) or OHT stimulates VEGF production and concurrently attenuates sVEGFR-1 production in ESCs. This consequential increase in VEGF:sVEGFR-1 ratio might enhance the biological effects of VEGF on the angiogenic environment in human endometrium.

6. Uterine growth
In the stage of estrous cycle, women uterus undergoes marked morphological, physiological and functional changes as a result of the levels of estrogen produced by the body. According to the study of "Characterisation of mouse interferon-induced transmembrane protein-1 gene expression in the mouse uterus during the oestrous cycle and pregnancy" by Park HJ, Kuk IS, Kim JH, Kim JH, Song SJ, Choi BC, Kim B, Kim NH, Song H., posted in PubMed, researchers concluded that Expression of Ifitm1 mRNA was higher in response to PMSG than other hormones investigated. These results suggest that Ifitm1 may be involved in uteri physiology, although the mechanisms involved in the regulation of this gene expression and function in the uterus remain unknown.

7. Vaginal lubrication
Vaginal lubrication is one of characteristic of hormone estrogen for women in per-manopause stage to moistens the vagina and to protect it especial during sexual intercourse. Insufficient lubrication or vaginal dryness in women can cause painful sexual intercourse disorder. According to the sudy of "Treatment options for female sexual arousal disorder: part II" by Feldhaus-Dahir M., posted in PubMed, researcher wrote that Female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD) occurs when a woman experiences distress due to the inability to attain or maintain adequatevaginal lubrication. Many treatments are still under investigation, and at this time, there are no FDA-approved medications available for the treatment of FSAD. Treatment options include "off-label" medications, vaginal estrogen, compounded preparations, and over-the-counter products.

8. Thicken the vaginal wall
As a result of level of estrogen, the vaginal wall is thickened to provide favorable condition for conception by moisturizing the vaginal and protecting the vaginal during sexual intercourse, In a study of The study included 89 patients undergoingvaginal surgery for urogynecological conditions, conducted by Mainz University Hospital, Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology, posted in PubMed, researchers found that menopausal women showed a higher amount of PR expression invaginal tissue than premenopausal women. Women with no endocrine treatment showed a lower amount of ER β expression in vaginal tissue.

The smoothie for reduced risk and Treatment of Cirrhosis
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
1  cup tomato
1/2 cup grape
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea, and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes. Set aside for cooling to room temperature)

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed. Add more green tea drink if needed
3. Serve immediately

The finding the natural ingredients for treatment of Cirrhosis considered as a dream of many scientist to replace the long usage adverse effect of conventional medicine . Unfortunately, many compounds found effective in initial studying failed to confirm the potential in large sample size and multi center.

Cirrhosis is a condition of irreversible scarring liver as a result of liver tissue by fibrosis due to final phase of chronic liver diseases of that can lead to poor function of the liver and liver failure. According to the statistics, Number of discharges with chronic liver disease or cirrhosis as the first-listed diagnosis: 101,000 in 2009 and Deaths per 100,000 population: 10.3 in 2010(1). Hepatitis B infection cause of the disease is very prevalent in South-East Asia.

According to the studies reported by some respectable institutions, Green tea may process the anti Cirrhosis effects through expression antixiodant effects. Green tea contains more amount of antioxidants than any drinks or food with the same volume, and is the leaves of Camellia sinensis, undergone minimal oxidation during processing, originated from China.        .

According to the study lead by Dr. Safer AM, Green Tea Extract (GTE) encapsulated into Chitosan Nanoparticles (CS-NPs) removed all the extracellular collagen caused by CCl4, a ligand for the primary human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) in the hepatic fibrosis rat liver(2).
In animal model, Chitosan Nano-Encapsulated Green Tea expressed the healing ratio of heals nearly 25% of the sub-cellular area infected with hepatic fibrosis(3),
In the study of liver disease with green tea consumption, by searching the data bases of PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu, Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University Guangzhou firmly suggested the effectiveness of green tea in reduced risk of liver disease. However, more long term randomized clinical trials are needed to comprehensively evaluate the health benefits(4).

Naringenin, an phytochemical found in Citrus fruits, including orange attenuated the expression of liver fibrosis by exhibiting antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities(5).
According to the Annamalai University, application of naringenin promoted the expression of therapeutic potential in the abatement of ethanol-induced hepatotoxicity by reduced the toxic levels, including serum aspartate and alanine transaminases, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase, tissue thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(6).
Furthermore, According to dr. Hermenean A and research team at the Vasile Goldis Western University of Arad, the flavonoid naringenin (NGN), exerted antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects  against injuries induced by CCl4, a natural ligand for the primary human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1)(7).

Flavonoids, a group of plant phytochemicals found abundantly in apple may consist a numbers of health benefit through its effects in cell signalling pathways and antioxidant activity. According to the Chinese study, flavonoids, attenuate the risk of thioacetamide-induced hepatic fibrosis through mechanism  related to the down-regulation of the protein expressions of TGF-β1 in controlling the expression of proliferation, differentiation, and Caspase-3 in cell apoptosis(8).
The phytochemical , flavonoids found in the the extracts of pomegranate peels (EPP) and seeds (EPS) also exerted the protective effects against liver fibrosis induced by CCl4, through restored the decreased superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and inhibited the formation of lipid peroxidized products(9).
Dr. Yuan LP and colleagues at the College of Pharmacy, Anhui Medical University said,"(the) total flavonoids of Bidens bipinnata L.b was able to ameliorate liver injury and protect rats from CCl4-induced liver fibrosisby suppressing oxidative stress" through " inhibiting the induction of NF-kappaB (proinflammatory signaling pathway) on hepatic stellate cell activation and the expression of TGF-beta1 in controlling cells proliferation, differentiation"(10).

The combined ingredient found in green tea, orange and apple may contribute to further investigation of therapeutic natural ingredients for reduced risk and treatment of Cirrhosis .
People who are at increased risk of Cirrhosis due to family history, genetic mutation,... should drink at least one serving daily and people with Cirrhosis should drink as much as they can, depending to digestive toleration.

The dream of finding the natural ingredient for prevention and treatment of infectious skin diseases, such as  Impetigo, without adverse effects in replacement of conventional medication has not been abated. Some ingredients have to discard because of not achieving the same potent results in human trials.

Hay fever is also known as allergic rhinitis, is a collections of many signs and symptoms similar to a cold with sneezing, watery, as a result of allergic effect, including dust, dander, insect venom, pollen, etc.

Scientist community may have found the smoothie(combined ingredients of olive, tomato and artichoke ) with potential and therapeutic value for reduced risk and treatment of Hay fever without adverse effects.

Omega 3 fatty acids, found abundantly in olive may process the magic in reduced risk allergic disease inducing Hay fever, according to the The University of Adelaide(1).
Dr. Hageman JH and colleagues at the Wageningen University, although epidemiological studies linking intake of Omega fatty acids in reduced risk of allergic disease with conflict results, Three well known randomized controlled trials showed that providing LCPUFA during infancy or childhood reduced allergy and/or respiratory illness while one found no effect(2).
In support of above validation, the Lebanese University study suggested, maternal diet during pregnancy and a childhood diet rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids are considered as healthy diets that could be protective for allergic diseases in childhood(3).

Silymarin, a powerful phytochemical found in Artichokes may be another ingredient used for treatment of Hay Fever. According to the Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, intake of silymarin alleviated the severity of allergic rhinitis symptoms through regulating the serum IgE, and interleukin (IL-4, IL-5, interferon-γ) levels(4).

Carotenoid found abundantly in tomato may also be potential in reduced risk and treatment of Hay fever. According to the Institute of Epidemiology,in adulthood, high concentration of plasma of crotentoid level is associated to a protective effect on allergic rhinitis(5)(6).
In the Bingöl State Hospital study, imbalance of vitamins A and E measured as enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants and oxidative stress played an essential role in the etiopathogenesis of allergic rhinitis(7).

The Smoothie of Olive, Tomato and Artichoke  may hold a key for further studies in production of
a curable natural remedy for prevention and treatment of  Hay Fever
People who are at  increased risk of  Hay Fever due to family history, weaken immunity,....should drink at least one cup or more daily. People with hay fever may drink as much as they can, depending to the digestive toleration.

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree about 1 minute
2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed.
3. Serve immediately

The finding of a natural source for treatment of Malarial nephropathy  has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Malarial nephropathy is a condition of renal and renal-related disorders commonly occur in infection with Plasmodium falciparum and P. malariae.  Falciparum malaria causes fluid and electrolyte disorders, affecting mostly people in tropics. The disease may cause chronic glomerulopathy, leading to end stage of renal failure. Most case of Malarial nephropathy is a result of Plasmodium falciparum cause of kidney infection(1).

Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the joint study led by the Chiang Mai University, green tea extract (GTE) used conjunction with 1-(N-acetyl-6-aminohexyl)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpyridin-4-one (CM1) inhibited the growth of malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum(2).
Dr.Patil PR and colleagues at the University of Siena, said, "the anti-adhesive property of (+)-EGCG against a new panel of ICAM-1-binding patient isolates of P. falciparumshowed that this inhibitor, identified as potential mimic of the L43 loop of human ICAM-1, was effective at blocking cytoadherence"(3).
Furthermore, EGCG also inhibited the formation of MSP2 fibrils, one of the most abundant proteins on the surface of Plasmodium falciparum merozoites(4).

Resveratrol is a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in peanuts and grape, may also exhibited anti Antimalarial activity against parasites, according to the Wonkwang University Sanbon Medical Center(5).
The The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research study also suggested that resveratrol may inhibit MSP2 fibrillogenesis, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein expressed abundantly on the surface of Plasmodium falciparum merozoites(6).
furthermore, resveratrol isolated from the leaves of Parthenocissus tricuspidata (Vitaceae) expressed significant antiplasmodial activity(7).

The combination of Green Tea, Peanut and Grape smoothie may hold a key in further studies in production of an effective natural ingredients for prevention and treatment of Malarial nephropathy and Malaria induced by Malaria Parasite  without inducing adverse effects.

People who are at increased risk of Malarial nephropathy and Malaria induced by Malaria Parasite  due to weaken immunity, family history .....should drink at least one cup daily and people with Malarial nephropathy and Malaria induced by Malaria Parasite  should drink the juices at least 4 times a day, depending to digestive toleration.
Change of life style and diet pattern are also recommended.

Juvenile nephronophthisis is an inherited autosomal recessive disease, inducing multiple cysts at the corticomedullary junction and medulla in Juvenile around age of 13. According to Dr. Wolf MT, Nephronophthisis (NPHP) is an autosomal recessive cystic kidney disease and is one of the most common genetic disorders causing end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in children and adolescents(*).Therefore, smoothie with ingredients of Cooked Tomato, Peanut and Olive showed effectively in treatment of polycystic kidney disease, through clinical trials and studies, may also induce significant effect for treatment of Juvenile nephronophthisis.

The finding of a natural source for treatment of Polycystic kidney disease (Renal cystic disease) has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Polycystic Kidney Disease is an inherited diseases with fluid-filled cysts developed on the kidney. According to the University of Kansas Medical Center, the disease is associated to risk factors of aging, in older persons with multiple cysts probably induced by potassium deficiency, congenital disorders, metabolic diseases, and toxic renal injury(1).

Recent studies back by well known institutions proposed, Cooked Tomato, Peanut and Olive may be the next generation of natural ingredients for reduced complications and treatment of Polycystic kidney disease.

Vitamin B3 , also known as niacin, is a water-soluble vitamin.Vitamin B3 found abundantly in peanut may benefit patient with polycystic kidney disease(2). According to C.J. Janovy, administration of Vitamin B3 to a neonate, toddler or adolescent will effectively prevent or delay cyst formation and can be used for a lifetime(2).
Dr. Al Adlouni A and Dr. Hertig A. Said, "Vitamin B3 exhibited anti  autosomal dominant effect  involed the develop of polycystic kidney disease"(3).

Omaga 3 fatty acids found abundantly in flax seed also attenuated the progression of polycystic kidney disease, through alternation of multiple steps in PKD pathogenesis(4). According to the University of Guelph, mice fed with an n-3 fatty acid-enriched diet (MaxEPA) for 60 days, showed a marked decrease in the proportion of kidney area occupied by cysts in male but not in female rat(5).
Dr. Yamaguchi T and colleagues in the study led by the University of Manitoba, said,"Dietary flax oil may therefore reduce disease progression via mitigation of oxylipin abnormalities"(6) in patients with renal diseases.

Retinoic acids all-trans retinoic acid (AT-RA) and 9-cis retinoic acid (9C-RA) with function as of vitamin A suppressed the activation of the poly cystic kidney disease-1 (PKD1) promoter in's attenuated the diseases' progression(7).
Dr.Yamane A and professors at the Gunma University Graduate School of Medicine, said," A 63-year-old APL patient, complicated by Child-Pugh class A liver cirrhosis and polycystic kidney (creatinine 3.2 mg/dL), was successfully treated with 45 mg/m(2)/day of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA)"(8).

The effectiveness of  Cooked Tomato, Peanut and Olive may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies in production of a potential medication for reduced risk, complications and treatment of polycystic kidney disease (Renal cystic disease) with little or no adverse effects.

Juvenile who are at high risk of nephronophthisis (polycystic kidney disease (Renal cystic disease)) due to aging, weaken renal function... should drink at least one serving daily and  Juvenile with nephronophthisis (polycystic kidney disease (Renal cystic disease)) should drink no more than 4 servings daily, depending to digestive toleration.

Life style and diet pattern change are necessary.
