In the study to examine the effect of soy nuts on hot flashes and menopausal symptoms, posted in PubMed, researchers at the Beth Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts, indicated that substituting soy
nuts for nonsoy protein in a TLC diet and consumed three or four times
throughout the day is associated with a decrease in hot flashes and
improvement in menopausal symptom
