This review focuses on evidence showing the differences in responses of MPS, and ultimately muscle protein accretion, to consumption of milk- and soy-based supplemental protein sources in humans.

Thanks for sharing. Animal protein seems to be more readily converted to satiety and muscle mass than does plant protein. Purely anecdotal observation on my part.
