12 hero rolls for whole wheat hoagies
12 slices bacon
1/4 head iceberg lettuce, torn
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
preheat oven to350 degree F
Split the rolls without cutting all the way through and bake until just
toasted, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the bacon
until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Just before serve, fill the rolls
with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes.
