1 avocado
1/4 cup diced onions
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Peel the avocado and mash up into a dip-like consistency. Add garlic
and salt and pepper, nix together. Add the onions and tomatoes and mix.
Enjoy.
