For more tart favor, feel free to increase the amount of white wine vinegar to 1 tablespoon.
4 cups boil water
8 ounces instant favored mashed potatoes
2/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried dill
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1. Pour boiled water in a large bowl. Add the instant favored mashed
potatoes, stirring with a ford to make sure they are completely covered.
Cover and let sit for 5 minutes while preparing the mayonnaise
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, with vinegar, and dried dill.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with mayonnaise dressing, chopped eggs and celery.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
