1 pound extra lean ground beef
2 medium onions diced
2 medium eggs
1/4 cup purpose flour
preheat a Panini press or electric grill. Mix beef, onions and eggs and
season with salt and pepper. Divided into 8 portions and roll into ball.
Roll in flour. Place between the frill plates and cook until done.
