Ingredients
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
A pinch of red pepper flakes or chill powder salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Mix the chicken stock, orange juice, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes
together in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a bubble over high
heat and cook long enough for it ti reduce by half, anout 5 minutes. It
should be thick and syrupy. Sean with salt and pepper.
