Overcome Male Infertility -- Kidney Yin Deficiency In traditional Chinese medicine Perspective

Fertility is a natural process to insure the survival of human species. Through natural selection, we produce many offspring when the reproductive system works at it's peak in the suitable environment with plenty of food around. I. Causes of kidney yin deficiency
1 .Unhealthy diet
As oppose to yang deficiency, It is caused by men who love to hot and spicy food leading to heat accumulation in the body causing yin deficiency.

2. External factor
Working in the hot environment causes the depletion of fluids in the body including the kidney leading abundant yang qi production.

3. Low sexual activity
