If your child has a milk allergy or is lactose intolerant, soy milk can be substituted in any of the following recipes
Try making this without honey first, since there`s no point in
encouraging a sweet tooth. If your child isn`t so fond of it, add the
honey the next time you make it
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Approximately 1 tsp of honey (optional)
-Briefly run frozen bananas under warm water to loosen skin. Then peel banana with paring Knife.
-Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
