Preheat the broiler. Split 2 6 inch (15 cm) pita breads in half to
create 4 thin rounds. Brush both sides of rounds with olive oil. Cut
each round into 8 triangles. Spread the triangles in a single layer on
baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Toast, turning once, until golden
and crisp, 3 minutes. Let cool.
